Easy to use, lot of memory and fast to upload all my phone information for a future back up or when I'll change my phone. Now is the best way to save memory and I can access it in differents dispositives.

Nice phone for the price. After 5 months it works very well for my needs.

I recently upgraded my google one subscription from free to the 100GB version for a couple of dollars a month. I realised after a year that I've nearly filled the 100GB limit, and was looking at the next tier up. If I continue on this trajectory, I'll be paying a fair amount for space at some point in the near future. It's convenient as opposed to chucking all my photos on an external drive, but I realise that at some point I'll be paying so much to keep my photos in the cloud.

iCloud allows sharing files and folders with other iCloud users, while Google Drive gives access to Google's suite of productivity tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides. iCloud is the most reliable option.

Another great free perk to have for three months with the purchase of an electronic item. We don't use this option as we have a yearly plan, but it is great to have if you have not subscribed to google under a paid plan.

Purchased screen protector with new cell phone. When damaged protector needs replaced, I go into store and assoc replaces with no charge. No hassle.

I don’t really use google drive so there was really no need for me to use google one, it’s a nice inclusion for someone who does use google drive a lot though.

My 4 stars is because i bought this at Best Buy and they deserve 5, but the Fitbit weighs in at a 3. I hate that they've removed the music option for this model! I didn't even realize it when it was bought.

I liked using the google one free trial that I wound up subscribing after my trial was over. I like the fact that I am able to use the magic eraser tool for photos on a Samsung Galaxy phone!

i mainly paid for google one for the id theft protection, and it does its job well. for an incredibly low price you get alerts if your info has been found leaked anywhere, and while it doesnt give you the most helpful info about what passwords were leaked or on what website, it still offers more info that competitors. this isnt appraisal of googles service, however, just criticism of the practice as a whole, as this knowledge serves no purpose but to scare you if it doesnt also provide you with the means to protect yourself should your information be leaked

Service was exceptional! Items were ready when they said they would be. Employee who helped me was very polite and patient. Got help with resetting my old phones.
