Geek squad is always so helpful. I’d recommend their protection plan every time.

Remember to always get the extended warranty for expensive electronic devices. They will come in handy if you ever need to have anything repaired and or replaced.

Ive had quite a bit of problems with buying the open box computers at BB. However, BB has been exceptional in taking the problem computers back with full credit. So A+.

I wish I had gotten them for more than 3 years. My next computer I will indeed. You can't go wrong with a Geek Squad team on your side. And I work in IT and I still need them!

Luckily I have not had to utilize the 1 year Geek Squad protection yet but I have known others to use it in the past and it’s a must when buying electronics, I feel anyway!

I have never had an issue when having to replace a defective product under this plan. Best Buy is awesome about standing behind their products that they sell and making sure their customers leave the store completely satisified.

You got to get that warranty if you want to protect those devices

I have yet to use the warranty on but will if the mouse does not stop moving on its own.

I have been able to get in touch with Geek Squad for all of my electronic needs. I have brought in multiple computers with viruses and other similar issues and within a few days the issues are resolved with great customer service

A relief to have this as a back up for the first year.

The extra money that costs for geek protection is worth the money. If you don’t know how to fix issues with software or viruses geek squad is my go-to for fixing my issues.
