I haven't had to use this yet but years ago when I did, it was great.

There is nothing i dont like about this laptop. Fast powerful and easy to use.

got this just in case the first year is rough; do not plan on using it but just in case, especially with the cost of the computer - though got it at an amazing sale price $1050; have always had great experience with geek squad and this protection service

Was great, had to get it for my first laptop and ended up using it within 4 months because of accidental damage while in my bookbag.

It works great! The only issue is the keyboard has to keep being configured to light up. It stops after a while

Always necessary to buy the protection plan when buying electronics from best buy. BestBuy has one of the best protection plans out there!

my computer unfortunately had some fan issues but i took it to geek sqaud and got it fixed took a while but job well done

Never pass this up. Its cheaper to buy the plan to protect your tvs, laptop, game console, etc than buying/or even finding a new one....

Grapevine store was great to deal with geek squad. They were very informative on questions I had, and quick responders. Have used them on several other laptops we own, they do good work.

great protection have had to replace the adapter twice already. the only problem was that best buy did not stock the adapter.

Definitely needed coverage for my Acer Nitro 5 Gaming Laptop. A little bit expensive, but you never know when you need coverage) insurance on an expensive product like I bought. Once again, it comes in handy when needed!

Have purchased Geek Squad for several items purchased and were always professional and provided quick service.

My daughter had the drop protection and had to get her screen replaced at college. This protection plan covered the cost. Be aware that there is a max. value on this plan which I didn’t know when I purchased it.
