With my high school kids needing laptops you must have some protection knowing how kids are with electronics

Always, always get the guarantee! Third time I've had to use Geek squad. Timely, knowledgeable, friendly workers. Got my computer back better than before and at no extra cost with guarantee.

Must have for teenagers with laptops. We had one major breakage that would have been a death sentence for the computer. It was repaired for nothing! The only downside was it took 4 weeks to get it back.

Bought the accidental protection for both of my new laptops. Since children can make mistakes, this makes me feel more protected. And, Geek Squad has been very useful every time I've called.

I do not think you should spend the money on a laptop and not protect your investment. I often times have to use my Laptop other places than my desk and I can be clumsy. Accidents do happen!

I really like having the Geek Squad Service as a back up in case of issues . They have always been really nice, knowledgeable & fix the issue.

I have been satisfied with Geek Squad in the past, hopefully I won’t have to use it but incase I do I’m happy I can bring my computer to an actual store instead of dealing with shipping it out.

The warranties at Best Buy are great, i never buy anything without getting the warranty...!!!

I have never had a bad experience with geek squad, they have always been helpful to the max. Willing to take their time with you to explain, suggest and in some cases refunding items you are simply not happy with.

Great option for major purchases! I no longer worry that my accident prone husband will spill blueberry smoothie on this one... at least for 2 years it will be replaced without large amounts of money out of pocket. Get the warranty or you will regret it!

I would not buy a computer with out the protection of the squad
