Anyone who does not consider buying this protective service is crazy it’s well worth it for the price

Had to get this just in case. You know kids they could spill something or drop their device at any time

guess the sales person lied ( big shock). bought the 4 year and brought in laptop because the speakers stopped working they need to ship it out it will take three weeks. will not ship back to my kid at school after repairs asked to just refund me for the protection plan and ill keep the laptop
