Not much to say about this. Cool to have a year of protection from Geek Squad on my laptop. So far nothing has come up but it's nice to know we have it.

It's exactly what warranty I wanted and didn't bother looking at any others.

thanks Best Buy for having this plan available. Haven’t had to use it but I wish I would have had it all my old router.

Geeks squad have saved my life way to many times love them

I bought an expensive laptop and it works good. I also bought the 2 year Geek Squad plan. Then I lost my charger. I was told by Best Buy that they would not replace it. It would've been nice if Best Buy would have replaced the charger. They should offer to replace the chargers at least once. The laptop cost $2,000 with the Geek Squad plan.

It actually works but it’s too expensive to activate another one year

Perfect add on when you are a hybrid worker and take your laptop back and forth.

I have not used th Geek Squad yet, but i am sure they are knowledgeable in the area of Computers

They are helpful and very easy to work with. The warranty has major benefits.

Have not had to use it yet but have heard great things about Geek Squad service. They have a great reputation locally Hopefully will never have to use it

Honestly I usually dont buy protection plans, but after dropping my last laptop, i know better now . Good price, not too expensive
