The computer itself is very easy to set up. Even though it is probably bigger than most laptops it is lightweight and easy to carry. It runs fairly fast and I have had no problems so far. I also like the different features that are available to use.

The support of Geek squad is excellent, when the laptop is broke they fix it inmediatelly.

Very nice gentleman and put everything together for me and showed me all that I could absorb now and will be back for my questions that need answering.

Though it was a little expensive but it’s always better safe than sorry. Bought for the fact that there is a chance something could go wrong.

I always recommend the 2 year protection. I haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing I’m covered
