Helped optimize and transfer from my previous machine

I purchased the 3-year warranty on a laptop. The display started doing some odd things. Since it didn’t do it for them they said they weren’t sure what it was. Apparently if I had paid for their membership they would have run diagnostics for free. If there turns out to be an issue with the display or the graphics card, they do not fix it in house. They would have to ship it off and it could take weeks to get back. I should have purchased the manufacturers extended warranty instead.

Hopefully I don’t have to use the warranty but if anything I’m glad I got it.

Bought this because no one in the household is very computer literate. Manual's are now online and I need step by step paper copy in order to have any hope of trying to do anything.

This was useful for three items out of 10 that are supposed to be covered they should offer a half price for half the amount of devices plan. Why don’t they have optional plans?

I was not about to get the protection but the employees there convinced me and say they will help me if anything happens with the device.

I purchased this protection because my other daughter dropped her laptop twice with no protection. So if I need to use this protection on the new laptop I hope it will save me some money.
