Really happy with the geek squad protection. We bought it with my son’s gaming computer. Definitely would purchase this protection….just in case something happens.

Myv on loves it, the bad part is he wants to bo on itvall the time. But we have set hours for his gaming time, the PC is nice very fancy looking n he hust loves it. He invites his friends over so they can come play wuth him and use it. Great deal great product n great price from black Friday. Thank you Best Buy.

I usually purchase Best Buy's GSP for high ticket items or those that I feel will have a higher probability of breaking down either during the manufacturer's warranty period or beyond but within the coverage period of Best Buy's GSP. It has never disappointed me - coverage is great and it usually involves either an exact (or equivalent replacement) or store credit (or gift card) for the purchase price of the defective item. I highly recommend this!!!

I love that I have 1 year of geek squad, because if anything. Happens with my pc they will fix it for met with no cost.

Love geeksquad they have help with alot of issue that arise from having kids with electronics. On the flip side i dont like the coverage dates for that price it would be great to have it for at least 2 to 3 year plans cheaper

I had a technical issue with the PC. For some reason it wasn’t turning on. The power button worked but the screen was just not illuminating. I took it back to the store and the Geek Squad was patient and courteous while I explained the issue. They offered to replace the item and it was delivered within 3 days. I was very pleased.

I am so glad I got the Geek Squad Protection. I was at my sister's house in South Carolina for several weeks. I had work to do while I was there. My outlook went out during a very crucial time and I had to call the Geek Squad to handle it remotely. All I had to do was leave my computer on and they accessed it and found the problem. They called me when they were finished and updated me as to the problem.

This service is the best. It is easy to understand when instructed by their technicians remotely and valuable to me as a consumer.

Peace of mind for the next 3 years is all i could ask for. Great value if something unforseen happens to your device

They discovered my items went on sale literally 1-2 days after I purchased. Did a return and repurchase which reimbursed me about $250 between the CPU and warranty. Would not have known this if they didn't catch it and tell me. Unbelievably honest and pro-customer service.

No questions ever asked. Explained the issues and replaces, repairs some times there on the spot or in a matter of days. This insurance is the top reason why I will contine to purchase most of my devices from Best Buy and add insurance for the safety and ease of mind. This is definitely a stress saver when buying electronics and or devices for young humans ;)

It's greta you guys, always get the protection plan because BEST BUY is the BEST when it comes to stuff like that! :)
