I got the pc on some discount when i bought but the price had increased since then. Bought it openbox. Got 1TB instead of 2TB. Went to the store to get it fixed. They were not able to put 1Tb on the pc. It was either buy new or refund. No compassion. No emotions. I felt like they thought i was the one who replaced the ssds. First guy was nice tho. But others were not. The replies were very indifferent and callous. Was given an option to buy $200 additional for same pc in new condition which comes after 5-6 days. I had to buy a new ssd with my own money. I asked for a discount and got $20 discount but with an unwelcoming face. I had to buy that pc cuz i had some work that needs to be done within this week. I had to spend a lot of time there. I ABSOLUTELY HATED my time there. Personally, i would never buy from bestbuy after this.

Had to reinstall windows on it on arrival but other than that it ran great. I would also consider getting a better cpu cooler.

Wow! My first gaming computer, but so far, great system! ...would've been a 5-star, but the tower is a bit louder than I expected.
