I am happy with this purchase. I got the open box option to save a little money. It didn't come with an electrical cord, keyboard or mouse. That's ok because I already have them from the previous computer. I have windows 11, which is an adjustment but it's not to difficult to move around. I hope to not have to buy another computer for a few years but if I do I'll look at Best Buy first.

Definitely worth having along the way because you never know what might happen!

My son downloads games all the time and so far all the games he downloaded he plays it everyday on his pc!! Whatever needs fixing they help u right away in a timely manner!

Myv on loves it, the bad part is he wants to bo on itvall the time. But we have set hours for his gaming time, the PC is nice very fancy looking n he hust loves it. He invites his friends over so they can come play wuth him and use it. Great deal great product n great price from black Friday. Thank you Best Buy.

They discovered my items went on sale literally 1-2 days after I purchased. Did a return and repurchase which reimbursed me about $250 between the CPU and warranty. Would not have known this if they didn't catch it and tell me. Unbelievably honest and pro-customer service.
