Poor customer

Fix the assist store manager was not help! I was given a 1888 Best Buy number no one answers. I actual cried from the lack of service. I’m a struggling nurse and this was an unexpected expense. I wish I understood what was going on in the purchase better.

Buying an open box computer is a good choice

It didn't come with an electrical cord, keyboard or mouse. That's ok because I already have them from the previous computer. I have windows 11, which is an adjustment but it's not to difficult to move around. I hope to not have to buy another computer for a few years but if I do I'll look at Best Buy first.

Saved us $800 repair bill when our computer broke

The mishap resulted in a cracked screen and the computer would not power on. Took it to the Geek Squad. They had it repaired and ready for pick up in less than a week. Cost to repair would have been $800 if we didn't have this 2-year accidental protection; so this plan is worth every penny.

Q: QuestionI bought a new Envy and had Geek Squad transfer all files from my old computer. When I got the new computer set up, the files with my documents and pictures were not transferred. I recycled my old computer at the store. Is it possible to get my files?

Q: QuestionI have changed out allot of parts and have gotten it diagnosed at Microcenter because I had crashing on my desktop. I have changed out GPU, RAM, PowerSupply, SSD M.2, CMOS battery, allot of stuff so does that void the warranty on my computer.
