This was a no brainer purchase because with kids I'm sure their parents will use it.

Overall not to happy with this purchase. The basics behind this is if the device can power on then they will work on it but if not then they will offer you an "express replacement" at a preset amount (not ran with current pricing) which in my case was 50 dollars more than the current pricing. In the end it's left to the geek squad's discretion what they do with your device and even though this protection promises a 1 time replacement battery (which is what i wanted) it is not as freely given as advertised,

I always purchase the additional warranties and geek squad is easy to use with no hassles.

This came in handy when my dog stepped on and broke the screen the first week but i was able to return it full recovery no charge :)
