Having a 3 year protection plan is highly recommended.

Hope I dont have to use it but surely it will cover my item.

I’m very disappointed with Geek Squad. I purchased their Two-year accidental protection plan. My puppy chewed through the cord. It’s covered under the plan. I live on a remote island. They want me to fly with the vacuum to a city with a store. They can’t just mail me a new cord. Ridiculous! I lost a lot of money because of this.

When it works, it works good but in 1 year I’ve had 5 warranty repairs + a complete replacement. It doesn’t do well around rugs and constantly get stuck and cancels the remainder of the house.

There was small off level tile spot in my kitchen. I was going back and forth a little slower than a vaccuum. When I went over it. the machine became much louder. Something happened underneath like more air is coming through some where. The roller stopped. The solution had plenty left and the fill tank was still almost empty. This is my first use. I had it shipped to another state where i was moving to. And it is past my return time by 10 days.

Just addition protection just in case, hopefully Geek Squad has changed for the better.

Never use it, I needed to use them once, but couldn’t contact them, so my purchase was still good for return, so I returned it

Not exactly sure what this charge was for but I obviously understood when I bought it

It doea ita job but its too heavy to being up and down the stairs.

Will never buy a product without one of these. just be careful with how you submit a ticket. Say the wrong thing and they will deny you.

Protection plan has come in handy in several occasions. Between defects and multiple children.

I haven’t used it yet, I will come back n rate it if I use it. It’s expensive to have but I might need it

good vacuum when it doesn't get clogged up or when the battery isn't drained from using on high power.

Great warranty and pice of mind to own and cover essentials. The only bad If coberd item fails withing zero, or any months of the 36 months. Plan is always full price.

I haven't used geek squad yet. I'm hoping they will fix my problem when I have one
