I highly recommend purchasing the warranty every time you buy a Dyson product. I have been buying Dyson products for years and so far two out of the seven devices that I have purchased have giving me issue. however with the warranty you get your device replaced for a brand new one. The only catch is that you have to rebuy the warranty every time you use it but in my opinion it’s worth it especially since Dyson products are very expensive definitely Worth the money.
Always hit and miss .. Its been 3 weeks i am using it . I am setting up to clean Kitchen aread but it randomly start cleaning any area.
Without any alert it goes back to dock .. App does not show what its cleaning .. Poor app with no clear navigation. When you ask for cleaning its shows the room to select .. All room list is not in any sorted order and cleaning specific room never worked for me ... it does random clean up .. deleted the map 3 times but still same issue .. today is enough and i am returning it
