    I bought a 5 yr protection plan for an expensive vacuum. Four months later it breaks so I brought it back. They replaced the vacuum with no issues. The Associates that helped me were very good. However, I’m told that now, I have to purchase a new protection plan? That the one I bought 4 months ago won’t cover the vacuum I just had replaced.

    This vacuum is a piece of poop! They say spend more to get more! Ha! Not even a couple months....and we don't even have much carpet...stopped sucking smelled like burnt belts....really...sorry they made me change my wording

    Telephone geek squad is terrible you get transferred a million times and no one speaks outside of script. May as well be a computer answering the phone not helpful for my damaged product

    My dyson v10 animal battery stopped taking a charge after only 8 months. When i brought it back to best buy where i also got the protection plan... but they no longer have the v10 and their solution is for me to just do without a vacuum or buy a more expensive vacuum or store credit which does me no good.... what's the point of a protection/ replacement plan that does niether....

    Geek squad used to be good. Not anymore. Phone support takes forever and is unresponsive. most stuff has to be sent away, so you lose your computer for a month. And they won't work on any appliance over 5 years old. I will never renew this plan again.

    I took vacuum in for repair and was told that they didn't repair would have to replace with same item or refund. Would have to buy new warrenty on replacement. I purchased 5 year warrenty and only used for less than a year. I basically paid $70 to use my vacuum for a year. BIG RIP OFF!!!!! Would have been more worth it if it had been a few years!

    Difficult to find an agenda. When you call it takes a long time to get through it. Agents are not always customer friendly and they sometime don't know what they are doing.

    I purchased this on a iRobot vacuum cleaner. I was told of the vacuum cleaner was ever defective to simply return to the store for a replacement... no questions asked. When the product stopped working I returned it to the store and was told I’d be better served to contact the manufacturer to file a warranty claim.

    Warranty was better back in the day!

    I Always used to be happy with my warranties! They are starting to give me a hard time with warranty exchanges, but it still gets done. Got into it with the manager one time which is my reason for 2 stars. I paid for what I paid for at a decent price. Dont interrogate me, just give me my product back fixed or a replacement! Use to love the warranty exchanges too!

    The steam did not work. It will turn on and spin but no steam comes out. My mom opened it a few months after I got it for her and it never worked. It was pass the return date when I was told so it just sits there in her closet. She misses her old Shark that was almost 10 years old.

    I bougth the insurance for my item they said it was a replacement plan, i had issues with the item i come to try to get swapped out and they say they have to send for service and it will be 2 to 3 weeks before they tell me anything.

    Got a different model vacuum because the original one I ordered from Best Buy, had a part missing. I was sent a different model and according to the Geek Squad people, I had to cancel my protection plan because they said they couldn't transfer it to the new vacuum. Now if my vacuum ever goes down I'm screwed.
