Accidentally bought and tried to return but it was a couple past day that I could of but I didn’t know

IT DOES NOT COVER BROKEN SCREEN ON LED TVS ... AND ON CELL PHONES YOU NEED TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Took in vacuum because battery not keeping a charge, no longer selling vacuum we got…fine, upgrade is really expensive but Amazon has a battery we can replace ourselves for $20. No option to do that at Best Buy. Cancel our return and lo and behold the whole policy canceled at the same time. Glad we found our cheaper alternative…but hate we wasted the money in the first place.

Never used it because i took the product back! But i always fill better if i buy off Best Buy to get extra warranty!

Great product it works amazingly well and I really enjoy this product

To be safe, since the product will be used many times in the 2 years, i wanted to be sure to get my money's worth.

Hoping I wont ever have to use this but I also hope it was worth the investment. Insurance is always good, right?

Always need geek squad when sending a few hundred dollar.

Hopefully next time around when I used a protection plan I won’t get a hard time trying to get my item fixed

I like the bob but he gets stuck a lot but the price was good

I know it’s a good protection plan but we never had to use it with our vacumn or carpet cleaner.

Returned. Too loud and heavy for my wife to use everyday

Having a protection plan comes in handy if anything ever pops up

Too heavy and very awkward! This is one of the worst vacuum cleaners I've ever bought. Pros: Loved the suction and the dual brushrolls with the fins instead of bristles to have to cut hair out of. Cons: Everything else. Too heavy and extremely awkward to maneuver. Lugging this monster around was exhausting! Even to try to use it as a canister was terrible. It won't sit up, it has no feet and is rounded and continuously falls over and flops around all over the floor like a 50 pound fish. I tried to use the wand, but it was too long for what I wanted to use it for, so i tried to use just the hose, which would have worked for the job, except the vacuum cleaner won't run to use only the hose. It wouldn't turn on at all. I connected the hose back to the wand and it turned on, no problem. So the hose is useless too. I really, really wanted to love it, but it was so frustrating to use, i returned it.

Bought this for my robot vacuum so hopefully I don’t have any issues where I need to use it

Received my product on May 20,But this was activated on May 18, Went to store for repair on 18th, Requested for Help, said no, Call Geek Squad. Called them, They said Store should accept and help you. Went back to store and requested for repair, Rob- store manager said, Call Geek Squad they will send a person to your home, Called them again, Said You can take it to near by store as it is easy to carry. Felt helpless. Finally after 2 days, Called iRobot team, explained my situation, spent over $1400(including Geek Squad) not even 2 years; They took it seriously, sending me whole replacement unit as it was delivered on May 20th. Big thanks to iRobot customer team as they tried to understand situation. I will stick to iRobot, but never with best buy or Geek Squad.

If your product stop working like it is intended and you take it to Geek Squad, they have the choice to replace it instead of fixing it. I bought a BobSweep Dustin and the navigation was messed up after tasking it to mop. I took the unit to fix it but they told me the choice was to replace it, lost the Geek Squad protection because of this. I won't buy any more of these protections.

Bought this for my room a vac and so hopefully I don’t need to use it if it breaks down
