    I have had nothing but issues with trying to have either my tv repaired or replaced. I have had the tv for less than 5 months when the volume issues started. I have been giving the run around all day and each person said that there is nothing that can be done at this moment. Why did I purchase a warranty if I cannot get the assistance that I need? I have never had issues with returns/exchanges, so why am I not getting the help that I need?

    It would be a good deal except on a few occasions when I buy a lemon product and have to bring it right back I still have to pay another $50 for their insurance even though I just did for a product that was garbage straight out the box

    You buy 3 years of protection. But, if you have to use it they void the remaining time of your warranty!

    Too long to do without accident protected purchase

    My Roomba stopped working and we had a 4 year protection plan. We were told that it would take at least 30 days to see if it could be repaired. We have been Best Buy customers for years and we keep accident protection plans so that we have coverage to replace the item covered. This does not sound right. We will check with the corporate office and would appreciate feedback

    Best Buy has gone downhill! Purchased this 1/23, no longer works. Bright it back to the store, 5 employees later to tell me to go back to Tineco, even though i purchased the warranty from them. I would not buy a battery from this place!

    This insurance is worthless. I bought a vacuum in October of 2022 it broke had to return it. I paid for 3 years geek squad. Guess what it doesn’t last 3 years if you use it you have to pay $50 to renew something you paid for 3 years. What a rip job.

    NEVER PAY FOR IT EVER. if it doesnt work they will issue a refund and you loose out on all your money. the refund will be best buy gift card so you are forced to buy there

    I had high hopes on this product based on reviews. But I unfortunately did not have a positive experience with it. And I ended up returning. Though I believe the outcomes varies based on material, it did not do any type of cleaning on my furniture.

    Pay for 5 year protection. Product has a manufacture defect ( WiFi issue) before 1 year of use. Cost full price of Service Plan instead of portion used, or even recognizing it is a manufacture issue. Wouldn't recommend long purchase of these plans.

    This is exact same warranty as online and everywhere else that is way cheaper. Beat buy leads u to believe you are paying more for warranty so you can bring back and exchange in sore. In fact it’s just like Amazon or anywhere else. You wait for weeks h til the send it off to manufacturer and get it back just like everywhere eale

    Does not replace the battery pack on the Dyson V10

    The protection plan does not replace the battery pack on the Dyson V10 animal cordless stick vacuum bought Nov 2020 . Worthless plan. Got a pro-rated refund.

    i bought this to cover both my items but i guess it only covers one item so I was told incorrectly at the store I told them i needed the Geek squad protection for both items. Terrible service now I am stuck with a printer I can not take back that will not work correctly because it will not connect to my WiFi

    I wish bb explained this warranty much clear before I purchased , was quiet disappointed that it can only be used “ once” within the span of 3 years , not replace item within 3 years as much as you want
