We’ve always added a protection with the products we buy & used it many times.

When I made my purchase, the girl on the sales floor told me the warranty would either repair or replace my item, or give me the next model up if mine was no longer available. That is not the truth. My model wasn't available in the store so they gave me a Best Buy gift card for the purchase price. I would have rather had MY money back instead of being forced to make another Best Buy only purchase! However, the process was easy. I set up an appt online & took it to the store which provided fast & friendly service.

Worked great but can’t seem to unclog for maximum suction. Taking back soon since I do have warranty. Other then that, works very well just need to find what’s causing the issue.

My Dyson stopped working and Best Buy replaced it. I would never by a vacuum without geek squad.

I had a small problem with my dyson and geek made it very simple THANKS A LOT
