I have used them numerous times and the package was a great deal for the issues I have had to come into the store to have fixed. When my hard drive was partitioned by mistake was the only time they did not help as much as I would have liked.

This was purchased on the replacement laptop after my daughter spilled water in her keyboard and the computer failed. We had it on that laptop and it was replaced with a new one. Have to have this!

They honored my warranty without hesitation and replaced a damaged charger for me sent it thru the mail it arrived on time

It was good and they fixed my laptop and now work in really good and fast

Thankfully my Wife has not needed the Geek squad for any issues on her Chromebook, but the extended warranty is well worth the price.

It’s good having peace of mind that I can have service and help with questions or problems.

Although these are great to have with kids in the home. I have not needed to use this one yet but have definitely benefitted from on previous purchases.

There is one thing that I tell everyone who buy a NEW PC. And that is to GET ACCIDENTAL PROTECTION! It will save you hundreds of dollars

I haven’t had to use this yet. To be honest, I never know if I should buy extra protection or not. I tend to lean toward “better safe than sorry” when it comes to extended warranties on tech.

Don't know if I'll ever need to use this protection but purchased it anyway. 3 years if my new computer bites the dust or I drop it and break it. A little insurance for my new laptop

Most factory warranties will not cover anything other than manufacturer defect, and sometimes not even that. Geek Squad will fix your item for you, or give you a replacement at no charge. Well worth it.

very much needed, always be safe than sorry. a year or two is the max I would recommend to get
