Sometimes the warranty works well with some instances and it depends on who you talk to make things right.

We've had Geek Squad for several years and have always been satisfied.

Trash. Only records when it wants to. Red light will be flashing like it's recording, but will not be recording. If i record a 20 minute ride, the video will only be 2-3 minutes long. Too bad its beyond return date.

My son got this with his go-pro. It is what it is i.e. peace of mind. I would say that one year can come up fast and in his case for a go-pro that is built o withstand accidental drops etc it is probably not worthwhile

Got this just to be safe for my hopro hero8. We are going to Hawaii and I'm going to go diving with the gopro so I figured better safe than sorry.

Having this plan protection gives you a peace of mind in case you the item has to be repaired.

Videos take long to download. Even using the SD Quick Reader you need to download everything through the app. Not convenient when you film multiple videos and have to wait for it to download. The battery life is also bad. After just 45 minutes, the camera will be too hot and low battery. It can’t charge until it cools down. Having the camera in the cube will make the camera get hot even faster. Only good thing is that it’s small, compact, and good for quick 30 sec videos. Not good for day vlogging.
