Haven't used it yet, but will have to soon as my camera is being too fail. I expect no troubles. Only issue that confused me was no paper acknowledgement of the warranty purchased.

The geek squad program is worth every penny. For critical electronics this service offers a great piece of mind. If they can’t repair the unit they will replace it.

An amazing camera BUT it overheats every 30 minutes which is very inconvenient.

This is worth every penny I paid. Rather than having to fuss around with the manufacturer warranties, I was able to return my broken product for a full replacement.

If you drop a camera or anything goes wrong you are covered. So glad I took the advice of the sales person. The camera is small and an expensive investment so be smart

When you buy a camera as an open box purchase it only makes sense to cover it with the added three (3) year extension!

You'll only get caught 1x without coverage. Best Investment you can make. Geek Squad fixed & replaced ALL but 1x where product could not be repaired due to excess water damage.

I like the looks and feel of this camera. It looks really tough as it says though I did not try to drop it because it weighs a little heavy, I think it will easily have a dent or scratch. But I tried it several times under water by taking a photo and video as well and it was good. It was clear and brightness is okay.

This is a must have for computers! Anytime I have an issue they fix it with no problems!

I think it's a very good idea to get a protection plan on all the devices you get because you never know what could happen
