Have not had a problem with my product. Good to know I have a reassurance if I did.

We still haven’t use our service but We feel everyone buying an electronic should have some peace that if something happen they will have their product fix.

I almost every time I got for the Protection plan just because if something happens even small I can get a brand new one for a fraction of the price if I would have to pay for it. no reason not to.

Haven’t used their service on my new product However knowing I am protected if something happens is awesome. I have used them several times in the past which has my life and my wallet very happy.

worth getting to save you not to worry about the abuse the product can take. the little ones are ruff.....

Extra coverage is always a good idea. With Best Buy this is icing on cake for my purchase. I can use the camera and know that if something happens, they've got my back. No question.

I bought this 3 year program because my previous camera, which I had for 3 month, all of a sudden started acting all crazy, took it to the store and they found out that the camera went bad, I got a full in-store refund and bought another camera.

I've had Geek Squad before for a television and can't say anything bad whatsoever. Replaced tv, although it wasn't made anymore, and they gave me a credit towards something new.

Whenever we get any electronics at Best Buy (especially cameras), we never forget to get the protection plan. With as much as we use the cameras, something is bound to happen to it. We have never had any problems with getting our purchase repaired or replaced.

Love this item! It added ease to my collections and would be years of memories.

great protection to have from Best Buy. Have had past issues and always resolved with this insurance.

Most products come with a one year manufacturer warranty but adding geek squad warranty definitely is extra and I would definitely recommend.

Best Buy price matches with amazon which is amazing! And I really like the warranty here their are no loop holes Someone broke my camera at a party and I luckily had the protection plan and I got a new camera the next day
