Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

Hoping the warranty covers anything that happens to my tv

Always worth buying the extra protection. Our $1000 TV had some issues and Geek Squad was very responsive, techs were very nice. In the end, we needed a new TV and we were within the protection plan requirements so we had it replaced... with a NEW TV, none of this refurbished nonsense. Highly recommended.

This service really puts me at ease when buying a brand I'm not familiar with. When looking for a new TV, I read good reviews and the price was awesome but the manufacture was new to me. I felt comfortable enough to buy it because I had this service backing it up for the new few years.

Purchased this 5 year plan for my OLED Tv. Best buy is the only retailer I found that covers burn in as part of their warranty. Only warranty worth the price for OLEDs in the U.S

If any Trouble come out on my new sony tv i give them call & set up appointment to check it out whatever issue.

Love the people. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Only problem was that when my daughter broke my tv from hitting it they said that warranty doesn’t cover things like that.

I realize that this review is for a protection plan. But here you go. In the past when I've had to use my protection plan, I was always happy that I had it. Other companies offer protection plans but there is always the "fine print". Not here . Best Buy is Awesome with customer service and honoring this plan. Hassle-free. Buy it... just in case. you never know when you might need it.

I bought this to protect my OLED TV. Best Buy has the only warranty that protects against burn-in, which is the greatest problem with OLED TVs. This will give me piece of mind. Although, I would like to give this five stars just for the potential coverage, I will not know how good the coverage is until I need it. The coverage was expensive, so I can only give it four stars for now.

Have not used as of yet for the TV product. Nor have I used for any purchases. However if something were defective or to go bad, this is a must have for repair or replacement.

I bought 3 laptops last fall. Had an issue with mine a month in...called Geek squad, fixed online! Yay! My wife had an issue shortly after, Geek Squad fixed it online! My laptop lost a solid state hard drive. No online fix here, but I took it to the store,quick diagnostic,mailed off and returned to my home in a week fixed. This waS $ well spent. Geek Squad Rocks!

I love my Toshiba Fire TV, with its beautiful crisp picture and great sound. It has multiple HDMIs and with having Roku/Amazon apps, I no longer need the usb sticks. Would recommend.

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.
