Great picture,great sound i couldn't be happier with it.

Fortunately did not have to use. Purchased the protection as insurance after my Son had an issue with his older big screen, they could not get the part and they gave him a full reimbursement towards a new one.

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !

Always get the geek squad protection with everything you buy from Best Buy. They fix and replace it for free if anything gets broken or damaged.

havent had to use it product is excellent but if i do need to use it im sure ill have no issues

I always buy the longest warranty possible. Once my tv gave out 3.5 years and it was covered.

The protection plan is a great choice when purchasing more expensive electronics. Can’t beat the ability to replace something you bought if it breaks without the hassle of manufacturers. The only negatice would be the price point.

Look if you’re going to buy expensive products them be smart about it and protect them with Geek Squad

Haven't had to use this service yet because my sony tv boke within the first year.

Based on previous purchases for different items, I didn’t hesitate to get this for my Tv. Actually I get the geek squad protection for all my purchases at Best Buy.

The team came as planned removed old stove had new one up and going in less than 30 minutes great service and experience.

It's painful to pay so much for a warranty. But it's necessary to sleep better at night. If something goes wrong with my TV I'd much rather call best buy and say fix my TV then find some local moron to make things worse.

I have not use this plan, but i have used it on previous TV's. I was able to walk in with a dead tv and walk out with a new tv during those experiences. Not cheap, but good peace of mind.

due to the impending circumstances that happen on a daily life - it is always good to be safe - I have had issues in the past and if it was not for me having this extra protection - I would be in sad shape - I always get the protection even if I keep the item for 10 years - it may happen down the line

best buy and their employees are always taking care of me , thats why i keep going back. love this place and their people.
