    I haven't had to use it for my TV I just purchased, but I've used their Geek Squad warranty before and I can say it's excellent.

    Its always a pain to return a tv through geek squad. From the initial call which you almost always have to wait 20 minutes . They always seem to have a real problem finding my service plan. I have multiple accounts and have bought many many tvs from them but they should be able to figure it out. I own sportsbars in FL and I only buy from Best Buy but they really needto figure this out because when i have a tv go down i want it back up and running as quick as possible but its always a hassle. At each of my clubs i have a back up ready to replace tvs that go down so my actual business is never really effected but we always regret having to call geek squad because we know its gonna be such a hassle and its gonna be a lot of time sitting on phone having to wait for a service guy to come out and tell us what we already know then take it to a store and replace. It would be nice if they brought a replacement tv with them when they come out. But instead u have to get a service order made then you got to call geek squad again and wait on line for 20 minutes. Then usually another 10 or 20 minutes to find the info from the multiple accounts. I have never had anyone help me combine all accounts into 1 account. It seems like that would make the most sense but instead i have to go through the same process every time. Its exausting. I love Best Buy but service plans are always a pain for me.

    The Geek Squad from Best Buy is wonderful, this is my second warranty with Best Buy. The one I already purchased for my washing machine was well worth the purchase, the Geek Squad would send someone to the house to do the repairs free of charges

    I know, I know. "these plans are for suckers" All I have to say is that with out the plan on my old unit Id be shelling out $1000+ to buy a new one. All i had to do was call Geek Squad and they sent someone out to fix it. A week later they said they couldn't get the part and and told me to go into the store and pick out a new one. very easy process

    I came in broken, confrontational and having a melt down. The Geek Squad handled me with kid gloves and made the world right again. They calmed me down, explained what the steps were to rectify the problem and then took action to get it done. They didn't make me feel stupid or inept. Outstanding Customer Service!!!

    Each and every time I have called the agents are professional and know what they are doing....from guest service to tech issues and I feel valued as a customer. I wholly recommend anyone with modern electronics in their homie to have this service. It has saved me much stress and money.

    I purchased the protection plan for a very expensive tv that I purchased. It suffered a power surge failure only a few weeks after I got it home, and I was so happy that I had protection! They came out and delivered a new tv with no hassle. Great service!

    OLED Burn-in Protection

    Best thing about the plan is that it covers burn-in on OLED screens! Totally worth it if you’re using your screen as a monitor.

    i recently had to replace a tv after 2 years of use. The geek squad looked at it and it was not repairable. They gave me the money I spent on the TV as a store credit and I purchased another TV.

    Love the extended warranty with Geek Squad my 4.5 year old TV just went out and they gave me credit for what I paid for the TV and I was able to purchase a better one for less

    Got this for my 1st expensive TV. Haven’t had to use it but have used this warranty before for different products. Best Buy does a wonderful job and are quick to respond

    When you purchase a $3K OLED, this is an easy decision. Hoping I never have to use this, but glad it’s there. Best Buy is the only seller that their warranty covers burn in! LETS GO!

    The Geek squad agent was able to advise me on options for my car installed and completed the installation on a timely and professional service. My laptop was also remotely repaired in a very professional manner to my satisfaction.

    There is no other store that provides the same protection as Geek Squad. I get it on everything I buy! They make it so simple, and if I ever have a problem, I feel safe. I have had to replace 2 different items in the past year. With other stores, i feel like I am being interrogated. Not at Best Buy. Here's the problem, here's the replacement. Done!
