Your crazy if you spend money for a nice tv or other items and do not protect it! The Geek squad is the way to go!

I like getting the Geek Squad Protection because technology today can be intimidating. Having Geek Squad ready to help me solve any problems that come up when I have questions or issues. They are responsive and know right away how to fix the issue.

I have not needed to use Geek Squad but it is nice to have peace of mind knowing if anything happens they have your back.

I had my tv go out and was upgraded to a larger tv. Very happy with how easy it was to complete the switch. Very helpful when I called.

Price very competative. Hisense has been good so far but GeekSQUAD was happy to answer questions. Mainly bought because we had to return a SONY and a VIZIO for failures!

Signing up was fast, and customer service was helpful. The price was fair, and there are no hidden fees if I ever need to file a claim. Definitely worth it to protect a big investment.

Many people tell me these warranties aren't worth it. My Hisense TV started to fail 4 years into ownership. Called BB protection and since they no longer sell that model had me pick out a new one at the same price (Found one that was pricier but on sale) and they delivered the new TV and took the old away the next day. Great service.

Gotta have that peace of mind when it comes to any purchase you make.
