I like the concept of Geek Squad protection. I have not had to use it thus far but I am comforted knowing my TV is covered.

I was told that I could buy this online, but after many support chats, in which I was told I could buy it online, I was told that I could not in fact buy it online and had to drive back to the store to buy it. (40 minute drive!) Very annoying that multiple employees and support agents had no idea the C2 had to have it's protection purchased in store.

Bought the 5 year protection plan for the t.v its a must have i highly recommend it

Great warranty for the money and covers my purchases without a hassle. Hope I never have to use it but I know I'm covered.

After my other TV developed lines in the screen after two years I decided to get the protection plan. Honestly I hope I never have to use it, but the peace of mind is nice to have.

Geek squad service is a hit or miss depending on the person who handles your case but generally it is good and to me it worth the money.

Always buy protection when buying something like a TV. It's worth the extra money to not stress about anything bad happening to your new purchase.

I haven't had to use this service yet. I am glad I bought it though to protect my purchase. for the price it is definitely worth it with kids and dogs running around.

I need to submit a request for remote replacement and am having a hard time finding where to do this. As long as it’s replaced at no cost I’m cool with geek. Otherwise....

Easy monthly payments. No reason to worry about late fees because money comes out of your bank account every month.

TV protection is needed on a big TV. I made this purchase not even thinking about it until checkout when it popped up

Rarely have had to use, but when I do never any hassle or issues. Great!
