I like the fact that there is 24 hr tech service. You can call and tech will walk you through trouble shooting protocols. Then if not resolved they will schedule an appointment.

Haven’t had to use it yet. I’m coming up on my 30 day return time with no issues so far, but I have a little piece of mind just in case. Hopefully it was worth the money.

Quick results and we made a great purchase. Great no interest for the time needed to pay it off.
