I don't like Roku TV don't know and don't want to know

This is to expensive to buy for your devices and a waste of money.

I have called multiple times but have never been able to reach a human. My new TV is fine, but the remote doesn't work. I just wanted to talk to someone about replacing it. I do not want to make an appointment for TV repair. I just wanted to tell someone that out of the box, the remote didn't work. I tried chat and was told I had to make an appointment. Ridiculous. I use my iPhone as a remote so it isn't an urgent issue, but a brand new TV shouldn't have a non functioning remote control.

Hopefully I will use this product toward the end of the warranty.

Bought the additonal plan on our tv have not had to uze it yet!

Must buy with tv. Assures easy service and takes care of returns

My Toshiba is a little fidgety after only a week so don't know what happens if it goes out under TV warranty. I bought for just in case and I'm not that familiar with 4K TV's. I'm out of service territory so I have yo tAke 55" back to BB for them to checkout for 2 weeks. hmmmm.

Although it is pricey, you never know when you will need it.

Sometimes this feels like a waste of money. Sometimes it comes in handy.

I was delivered a 85” with a huge crack in the screen and after weeks of getting bounced between Samsung and Best Buy I still have a broken TV with no answers. Best Buy is refusing to remedy this situation even with the protection plan. No use in buying the plan, even if the product is ruined by a Best Buy employee themselves, they still won’t fix it.

i hope i never have to use the geek squad. nothing personal!
