They don’t know what to do, they could not fix my Bluetooth problem with my new laptop I bought from them

This dont cover do to crack or damages but cost over $200 for basic manufacturing stuff. I will not be purchasing any more tvs from best buy with these weak warrenties. I think they lying about it anyway. Went down hill when they got rid od reward statuses. I will be purchasing 80 inch some where that cares about customers needs.

Bought this spent about 6-8 hours calibrating colors to get a decent picture. Gave up and returned . Maybe I had a bad set . But any fast motion was horrible . The blacks are light grey to navy blue. And lastly on dark movies the blacks areas turned in to black blocks which stands out to me . The 4K market needs to go a little farther on the picture and work out these bugs . Sadly my older set of which were top the line of their day 4-5 years ago out preformed this on motion/ and clarity . But these have the color but Bing big time soap Oprah effects to achieve a happy medium

Don’t buy the protection plan it’s not worth it . Geek Squad is great with other items , but my tv fell no physical damage other than the screen was showing colors when it came back on and they refused to fix it . I had to purchase a new tv .

Tried several times to contact “Geek Squad”! Every time I called, there was 20 to thirty minutes, wait time. No one could help me with my problem. It wasn’t worth the money I wasted, for Geek Squad protection. What a waste!!!

Got a year left warranty on this TV and I cant even get a simple question asked to when my delivery is suppose to be here. Been on hold for over 45 minutes just to get hung up on.....Sad customer service

I wouldn’t buy it again. If the product cannot be fixed you get a refund on the unfixable but NOT THE GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY

Absolutely no assistance unless you purchase the absolutely terribly overpriced plan.

They couldn't copy my files properly even through two separate appointments.

I purchased​ this Bluetooth headset and purchase the extra warranty...glad I did because my headset went out and best buy didn't have a problem exchanging it since I had the extra warranty.

I tried to replace a TV that went bad and the company that does the TV replacements was a bunch of rude jerks. I finally got a manager at the actual store to help me as the replacement people were useless.

Where is my warranty I don't get it can you please help me with that

Worst protection plan. This does not cover accidents so please read the fine print. This will cover what the normal manufacture warranty will cover. Best Buy could care less about the type of accident and even with Geek Squad Protection they will do nothing. Save your money DO NOT PAY FOR GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION!

It appears we purchased a plan that does nothing that will address the problems with our Hisense - 65" Class H9G Quantum Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV. Please see our 1-star TV review titled "Not such a good deal after all" The plan cost almost 25% of the purchase price when we bought the TV in April 2021. Nothing but problems with the TV since. Purchasing this was a huge regret.

Will never every buy another geek squad plan. Most of the time what the agent tells you regarding the benefits of the plan is not true.
