The team came as planned removed old stove had new one up and going in less than 30 minutes great service and experience.

Do yourself a favor and get a service plan! It covers the tv for almost anything that happens to it. Not dropping it, but most regular things that can happen are included in the warranty. I have always had the extended warranty from Best Buy and I will continue to do the same.

Had previously bought the extended plan for my 82" samsung. Luckily i did cause tv went out within 3 years. Tv was replaced with no hassles. Bought another extended warranty for this new tv.

The agent that I talked to was very knowledge of my protection plan. I had no problem with switching out my TV.

Great visual quality plex has some issues unfortunately and the lack of game streaming apps is felt.

My experiences with geek squad have been good and I think it's worth it most of the time to invest in a plan.

A friend had a problem with their new TV and even though it was under warranty for one year, they had to do much of the work of disassembling and rebooking things back up. With the Best Buy plan we will not have todo anything ourselves . Two years was only $60.

I have purchased this protection on several of my Best Buy products over the years and they have replaced one of my TVs and assisted me in troubleshooting and/or repair of other electronic items. Love it!!

I like the security knowing the items i buy from best buy is protected. Geek Squad is so helpful with setting up my devices & to help me when i have a problem & i come into the store.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

Had protection on old TV. When it failed after 3 years, Geek Squad replaced with new same model TV. No questions or hassle.

Good to have in case something deos breakdowns after the manufacturer warranty ends

I have not needed to use it but it is supposed to protect for just about anything that can go wrong with the tv
