I have purchased the Geek Squad protection with every tv I've ever purchased from Best Buy. Thank God I have never had to use it. Just knowing that they will be there to help me is a comforting. You insure everything else. Might as well add protection to 1000+ investment.

I always purchase the add on warranty on expensive purchases just as a safety measure. Although I have never had to use one yet, the way I see it is better safe then sorry

I don't ever regret the extra protection! i bought a plasma a few years back and the screen went out 3months b4 the warranty was up (Bummer) the TV was $849 new and Geek squad came out and put a new screen in and cost almost $1200 to repair "Don't forget the Warranty"

Although I haven’t had to use it I rest easier knowing that when the time comes I am going to be well taken care of!

I wouldn’t be caught without the Geek Squad Protection Plan on all of my eligible Best Buy purchases!

The help is great! But I don’t use most of the opportunities because I don’t have many problems. I feel the cost is too much for my application and preferred the prior pricing.

Got this warranty at a good price along with my tv purchase. Haven't had any problems so therefore I haven't used it. But from what I read it sounds lije it should be easy to file a claim.

Had mine for 5 years hasnt given me any trouble. I dont regret buying it.

Listen here ...LG which stands for Lifes Good is always reliable and time tested. LG has the best manufacturer extended warranty program.

Totally worth the protection if you were not real text savvy and I am old and my mother is old and we needed help and the geek squad is great it’s worth the money if you want help 24 hours a day

We had purchased a 4-year but raised it to 5 years. And I hope I am saying that correctly! We have already had a young man come out and he was a great repressive for your company. Helpful.

If anyone is purchasing any electronic device, you must buy the extra warranty. Products are not made like they use to be. After having a tv for 4 years and it is completely dead now, I wish I would have bought the 5 year plan. Dont be like me, make sure you are covered.

Dont buy an OLED without this. Please. Factor this necessity into your price. Protect your investment and your peace. You never know what can happen, But you can know that you’ll always be taken care of.

Anything you purchase at Best Buy, you should consider the Geek Squad service. It’s protecting you and your pockets if anything goes wrong with your product. I love the Geek Squad and I highly recommend their services.

5 years of geek squad.. 5 years! Havent need to call the squad, but good to know I can if need be.

we haven't had to use this service as of yet however we feel confident knowing that we are protected by geek squad for the next 2 years. Having used this service in the past it was never anything short of great.

I bought a LG Oled65c6p curved tv and got rewards on my Best Buy credit card. So I was able to use the rewards to purchase a two year geek squad protection plan. I am quite pleased with knowing I will have my tv protected for two years without paying out of pocket.
