Great service but schedule takes too long.. hire people!

I always purchase warranties when it comes to electronics because you absolutely never know so I am covered for at least the next five years.

Wouldn’t buy a TV without it! I really like the fact that Best Buy associates the plan with my account so I don’t need to keep receipts for 5 years.

Purchased for a new television I purchased almost a year ago, thank the Lord everything is still going great

Haven't used the plan and hopefully won't have to, but it seems everything is made to break these days. Thought I would it safe.

The crew was professional and knowledgeable. Have used the Geek Squad on several occasions and have never been disappointed.

dont pass this up with big purchases, IE tvs, laptops, game consoles.... never know whats gonna happen

Great price for the extra warranty that is good for 2 years.

I always make sure i put geek squad on my electronics! Especially ones I buy for my daughter! It is a great investment and piece of mind!

With every purchase I make at Best Buy I always get the Geek Squad protection. For me it has paid off several times and without it, it would have cost me near a thousand dollars for necessary repairs

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

I bought Geek Squad because I have used the protection plan it is worth the price and the service they provided. Its better than other protection plans.

Geek Squad is awesome and tubular. They have helped me tremendously

Bought this for new TV. I had to use geek squad for TV I replaced. They were great didn't have to wait long for appointment came to my house. They found the problems right away very friendly and informative
