I have purchased this in the past and they have always come through for me. I never buy a big priced item without a warranty.

I view this as I do auto and homeowners insurance. It is a must for electronics. I have had to use on a different product on the past and it was fairly simple.

Protection on a tv never hurts... Especially with how "Disposable" they have seemed to become. Salesperson was a help.

I bought an electric glass top Samsung stove. I I always look into warranty and strongly recommend getting the geek squad warranty if you buy a Samsung stove.

My tv started showing some lines and as soon as I called geek squad, they immediately began the process and in about a week, I was told the new tv would be delivered to me!

It’s good for peace of mind but doesn’t cover accidental damage.

As far as I can tell Best Buy is the only warranty that covers OLED burn in. Definitely worth the peace of mind.
