Very much worth the price and it gives me some piece of mind with a large ticket purchase.

This is a great service that anyone would be lucky to get ahold off, great overall experience

Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

I haven't had a problem with me newer device yet where I've had to contact Geek Squad but I have contacted them in the past and they we're always helpful and friendly

Again, hope I never need it but will come in handy if I do!

I have and apointment for service and the technician came on time. He made a good and clean job.

Always it is good, when we put protection for our new product

The 2 year protection was worth it to me, especially for the price. Fortunately, I haven't had to use it yet, but it is nice having the protection if I need it.

The agent mounted my tv. he was very nice and polite. he even answered all my questions regarding my protection plan

This has came in handy for my laptops. It has also helped with the tv and servillance.

I bought a cheap tv for the kids and decided to buy a protection plan for it. Haven’t had to use it yet.

I always buy insurance for all my products, you just never know.

I would not purchase a new tv without the protection of geek squad.

Why wouldn't you grab a policy whereas if anything happens to your purchase it gets automatically replaced with a new one of exact or updated version of your purchase?

No matter which product you buy , I always purchase the geek squad protection, better safe than sorry

thank goodness i purchased the protection plan. i had to return the tv only two months after purchasing it. Having the plan made it so much easier to exchange

The agents set up my tv and hooked it up to my cable and made it so easy for me!! I'm so thankful!!
