    bought 5 year protection tv broke after 6 months, when i exchanged i had to buy all new protection so 5 years was a waste of money wouldn't refund difference of 5 years and 2 years even though i didnt make it 1 year on my other tv. Exchange was easy except had to bring in tv myself, do 2 year plan 5 years isnt worth it, if it makes it 2 years youll get 5 years out of it. [For tvs]
