    Poor customer service at Town Center store. Had to go to the Avenues store. They issued full price credit for my faulty Insignia TV, and the store gave me a fantastic deal on a Hisense. With a new 5 year warranty on the Hisense, my net cost was only about $30!

    Definity get a warranty. This tv is not cheap and power surges do happen,worth protecting yourself.
