So far so good but a bit pricey. Wish the price was a bit cheaper

I got the TV protection plan for a peace of mind. I have not use it.

I bought Geek squad protection for my brand new tv, before two months the tv HDMI port wasn't working I returned de TV to best buy Geek Squad after two weeks they said the problem was with the circuit board and they will give me a store credit, with the credit I bought another tv, but they didn't gave me the credit which I paid for the 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection, they should transfer the squad protection to the other tv, my tv was less then two months old still on manufacture warranty. That wasn't fair.

Have not used the service enough to make it worth the purchase price.

I AM UNABLE TO RATE PRODUCT SINCE I HAVE NOT HAD TO USE IT. HOPEFULLY I WILL NOT HAVE ANY USE FOR IT!

I believe that it’s a good purchase. Hopefully I will never have to use it

I didn’t know that I had this service, even so I am very familiar with my computer didn’t need any way

Took Geek Squad a month each time to ship out my tv to get fixed and ship it back. The in-store replacement doesn't start until your tv messes up 4 times then they switch it out in store. Not convenient when you have young children without a tv to watch.

I haven't had to use my Geek Squad warranty so far.

I have had it for a while but know much about it one .

did not use it yet I forgot we even had it so I am glad I got this e-mail

so far so good havent tried to use them yet but will keep you posted

Usually don't get these but with kids its a must to insure against it falling over

My cat knocked off my tv and when i went to claim the protection plan they told me impact damage wasnt covered what is the point in a protection plan if its only good if the tv messes up i bought the protection plan for damage to the tv like a kid accidentally running into the stand or ect. not for bestbuy to possibly send me a bad product then it become useless

If you buy something with warr then it suppose to be covered

We purchased a tv and it's warranty 1 year ago. Was so happy with the service we recieved until today. Bought the warranty that covered accidental on the tv, or so we thought. The warranty they sold us was not the right fit for us even though we were told differently. VERY disappointed with best buy. The only reason we spend so much money at best buy is because they had awesome warranties...no more.

Hard to review this as I have not needed it but I always purchase extended warranties on all my electronics
