It’s a warranty..........................................

For buying a brand new 4k tv the warranties should go to four years these tv are very sensitive

Definitely not worth the money should have just stuck with me warranty

Everyone should buy the warranty when they make a major purchase.

Bought this for my TV, haven’t had to take advantage of it yet but it provides piece of mind.

The TV is good But I'm glad that nothing's​ wrong with it but if so then they have me covered

I bought a two year Geek Squad Protection package and the two years expired before I used it

Whenever your buying any device greater than $500 I would recommend purchasing the geek squad protection

I purchased a geek squad certified open box on line that specified that all accessories and instructions were included.After getting it home to my surprise no power cord stand remote or instructions.I called best buy and after being transferred three times finally got someone from geek squad who said I could call the manufactuer and order the parts myself.I asked him why I bought the geek squad warranty for if I had to do everything myself and his response was then go return it.I asked why they even bothered to advertise it as certified with all parts if it wasn't his response was to hang up on me.Horrible service would not recommend.

I bought this for my Samsung QLED TV and I'm happy that I haven't had to use it yet

bought TV with 5 year geek squad protection, was told by sales person that they would come to my place and either replace or fix any TV over 40 inches. unfortunately the TV only lasted 31 days, panel went on it. when they come to check it i was informed that since i installed the TV myself that part of the warranty wasn't covered and that i would have to take it back for replacement. very disappointed with the service i received and on top of that the geek squad was very rude, left without even telling me what was going to be done. i got phone call 1 hour later telling me that i needed to return TV. ended up buying geek squad install so that they would bring me the TV and had to miss day of work so i could be there for them.

Have not had to use yet. So that is why only 3 stars. Cannot recommend what have not used

i utilized this never, but it was absolutely worth it, i think.

I have not used this yet but was a great price for a 2 year protection plan for my TV

I suppose it’s a good feature when you use it, but I haven’t really used the service

Haven’t used it so I don’t know how well it works.

I always get the squad service. It’s quality tech.
