    My TV had a large crack in the middle, and was unusable. It was not able to be installed until 16 days after purchase, 6 days after delivery. I called with my warranty information, someone came out, and said it wasn't covered and there was nothing they could do. 100% NEVER BUY THIS PROTECTION OR ANYTHING EXPENSIVE FROM BEST BUY EVER. Worst. decision. ever.

    Great deal for a TV listed as Open Box Satisfactory, unfortunately is was a No Box, No Remote, and No Stand bubble wrapped satisfactory but had to try it after driving two hours to get it.

    I called on 8-12-23 to get someone to come out and repair my tv. It has vertical lines that come up randomly and shut the tv down. I was first told there were "no appointments" and since it was still under manufacture's warranty I should reach out to Samsung. Well I PAID for the Geek Squad protection so please look further out. She gave me an October 6th appt date. That is not good customer service. I'm surprised the Geek Squad has a 2 month waiting list.

    My experience with Geek squad at Best Buy over the last decade hasnt been great. Wait times are very long. I guess it better than buying an entirely new device.

    I purchased the protection plan as preventive insurance but haven't had to use it in 2 months.

    Was told that when I purchased the geek squad service it included damage. Well it doesn’t. And really I don’t think the tv was damaged there isn’t a scratch on the screen yet has a shatter pattern behind it. In my research I found that sometimes they just do that but idk. Anyways ya make sure you double triple check the plan had I known it wasn’t insured for damage protection as well I wouldn’t have even bought the tv. Extremely Disappointed!!!!

    They say that you're covered from the time that you buy the extended warranty bull. I was having a problem with my TV brought it to the attention of Best Buy geek squad and they said I had to go through the manufacturer's warranty the first year and then after the geek squad they would not help me at all.

    Very disappointed I will never recommend this for nobody. I was misled by employee that sold me the protection plan said that I was gone have a full protection for this product and when I contact the Conpany they don’t helped and they only Ofer to give me the protection plan money back !! Ridiculous the way I was treated
