i bought this Oct 18, 2020, the tv stopped working in September. i got the 5 yr protection.. tv is still broken . geek squad employee lack of experience. changing all the parts out on t.v while leaving me tv less. having to rent a tv for $20 a week. i asked why dont they give me refund. there telling me no. not recommended

This plan is not really worth buying unless you go and buy a really cheap tv that will burn out quick. Nothing else is really repairable for free. Had to cancel mine and get a refund to put toward buying a new tv because they wouldn't fix it.

I didnt get any letter regarding geek squad, how do I contact them if required ?

Have not had to use it, but I have peace of mind in case it is ever needed.

I would never recommend geek squad to anyone. I've been denied my warranty on 2 occasions and I was unhappy after that so I took my product directly to the best buy manager and they honored geek squads "warranty". Best buy is awesome but I'm disappointed they are partnered with such a bad company. Geek squad is an absolute joke.

Not helpful at all. Bounced questions /problem to mnfg. The product never worked and still is in box because they ibsisted I pay shipping plus restock charge for defective product.

Don’t see the need for this service. It does not cover crack screens only the electrical inside. But thats covered under manufacturing warranty. So this service is a waste of money.
