Had limited use with geek squad, but happy with the interaction so far

I really enjoy my new tv. I'm able to take it with me at the in laws so great.

My tv had an issue and the squad made it very simple to have it replaced

Cancel my order as I never paid for it and don’t want it. Geek squad never showed up yesterday scheduled for 7 am to 1 pm. Wasted half a day and never heard a peep so scrap all dealings with Best Buy.

How do I grade a warranty? If something were to happen, I'm sure I'll love it.

It's been almost 2 years but till now I haven't used this service.

on what I purchase. I always purchase for electronics and appliances.

Although I havent had any problems yet, a 5 year warranty is pretty reassuring.

Awaiting something in writing or e-mail showing what is covered, etc.

I have not used this before, but in all honesty the price for my 77 inch A9G Sony was 300$ for 2 year protection plan...Absolutely high priced!

I always get stuck in the middle on whether I should buy protection or not.

Purchased this to be "protected" but Best Buy will do nothing because it's still covered under the manufacture's warranty. The manufacture will not repair or replace it. Instead, they want to send me a check in the mail after 20 business days for the price I paid if I can submit the original receipt from the store. Of course they will refund me only the price of the TV, not what I paid for the Geek Squad protection which has done NOTHING. Complete waste of money, do not purchase.

I always purchase the store warranty for electronics and appliances.

Not sure if this warranty was worth it! I gladly havint needed to use it yet :)

Called geek squad and asked if screen was a warranty item the lady said yes. Called the number to get it replaced and they said no warranty on the screen. Nothing a little training couldn’t fix.

Not sure how this works, but will find out if the tv ever needs service!!

The Geek Squad is hard to deal with and can be very unresponsive. It should just be repair or replace!

Not sure if buying the Geek Squad protection was worth 15% pf the purchase price.
