I previously had this service, wasn’t happy and had cancelled it... Guess the Geek Squad did not like being cancelled!

They didn't use gloves when handling it. Scratched the screen. Complained to engagement and they gave me a new tv. Thank goodness.

Smart TV functionality is horrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Youtube TV stopped working after update. Factory reset does not fix issue because you can't rollback the bad update. People are having issues with this everywhere but Samsung has not fixed the issue.
