    Ended up cancelling my plan

    It just didn't seem worth it. I bought a a TV for $599 and $70 for 2 year protection plan seemed pretty reasonable but it starts right away meaning you're essentially paying for 1 year because it's cuts into your manufacturers warranty.

    The protection may be great, but I'll never know because I was overcharged when purchasing it, and the customer service rep's only way to help was to cancel it in a way that I could never add the plan back again. What a nightmare dealing with Best Buy's customer service. It's not worth it.

    Not a good tv, so disappointed, screen voice sticks to sticking on pervious channel,, you change channels and can still hear was was on 2 previous channels, they are so ungodly? No streaming of any Christian channels, at least you get TBN WITH LG SMART TV BUT NONE WITH SAMSUNG - so disappointed

    Horrible, do not sign up for Geek squad it takes them almost a month to get them to fix your electronics or appliances. Not only that when you buy it. They tell you it covered you for anything that can happen to a TV or appliances. But they don’t tell you what may disqualify your appliances or electronics. Which is a long list so therefor it’s a lie when they sell it saying that it covers you for anything.

    Read the fine print! Bought the plan for the in-home service it provided, but that cost extra money unless you pay them to install. I wasn't told that up front and I'm very upset. The technical people couldn't help me over the phone and weren't familiar with my TV. It look them longer to look-up the information in the manual, then it took me. All they wanted to do was to send someone out at my cost. Totally worthless!!!

    They replaced my roku with an android tv since they can't get parts. So my 5 year warranty was good for less than 2 years and they wanted me to buy another warranty.

    Its not worth it to get Insurance on a 43inc and up Tv because geek squad will tell u they cant take your tv they gotta have someone come out to your house and they won't exchange your tv

    This TV does not have a VGA port. One would think that a Smart TV would have this feature. I purchased a VGA to HDMI cable. It did not work. Could be a bad cable. I will have to try another brand cable. Also I don't like the layout of the remote control.

    I called them to get my TV serviced because there were lines running through the picture because I purchased the plan. They asked me to send a photo and diagnosed it as accidental damage without even bringing it in for service. They don't tell you up front the plan does not cover accidental damage; bad business.

    They came out and told me they couldn’t do nothing about the tv because they did the setting and said it wasn’t any options to adjusted my tv to b more clear on 4K nor make the sound loud. What a waste to invest my money with them thinking it’ll be helpful to have them as a good warranty for my tv

    Wouldn't it be nice to have the old 'in-your-hand' warranted plan? We purchased the New TV and warranted plan, we received only limited documentation regarding my purchase and money transfer, we received only a brief note on the receipt regarding a warranted plan with NO Plan Details, NOR Plan Information.

    When you’re on the phone with them first thing I ask you is your name and phone number in case you get disconnected and they will call you back they never call you back. I’ve been on this phone and fighting with them for a week trying to get an appointment now I’m without a washer. They are the worst ever.

    Don’t get the protection plan...

    I bought this tv and the 5 year protection. At the time of purchase I was told damages would be covered. My tv got damaged when I moved so I attempted to activate my protection plan. When I got a rep on the phone, they informed me that the Geek Squad protection plan only covers factory issues, and not damages.
