    trying to get answers to what is covered is impossible waited on the phone for two and half hours on the phone and when a live person came to the phone she hung up on me in less than 4 seconds service sucks

    Save your money, they refuse to help even though I was told impact damage was covered. Clearly the sales person has no idea what they are selling. Stay away from!!!!

    I got this for my tv, but I’m giving the review based on what happened with my laptop. Please do not buy this at all.

    When tv was delivered, we received no paperwork in regards to the 2 year extended warranty that we purchased .

    VEHTECHNOLOGY AGENT CAME INSTALLED PARTS SHIPPED TO HIM BY GEEK. TV STILL WONT WORK. HARRIS WITH VEHTECHNOLOGY SENT MESSAGE TO WARRANTY CO TV NEED REPLACING ON SEPT 25.NO WORD . HONOR OUR CONTRACT?

    When asked by the associate if I wanted a protection plan, I SPECIFICALLY asked if it covered the screen & she assured me it did...my screen got cracked, called about it, guess what? The screen IS NOT covered... Can't get my money back or get a new TV. Thanks Best Buy, you won't be getting me or my family's business again

    Absolutely the worst thing you can get from Best Buy. The support is a bunch of clueless high school students and the work of the repair factory is mediocre at best. Would rather learn to repair the items myself.

    Retuned items to store…. Yet still charged for geek. I did not use nor do I have use for the service. I would like to have my refund

    Initial install, came back a second time to figure out a problem with the remote. They wouldn't trouble shoot over the phone, and took 1 week to schedule a visit.

    Unknowningly didn't have chance to experience. Purchased this with a tv. Previous purchases would send notifications prior to expiration to give you the opportunity to extend. However this was not the case. Expired on March 4th. TV died on March 16th, causing me to have to purchase all over again both

    Floor sales agents at the store lie about the quality and scope of the warranties they sell. Buyer beware they do not live up to the promises they make regarding the warranty.

    I paid great money for an extended warranty but the tv needed to be replaced before the warranty even took place, they did replace the tv but i lost my warranty so now flying on a wing and a prair. If it breaks again i have nothing. That is why i don't like warranties.

    Tried 3 times to get tech support. Talked to some foreign person each time could not understand, could not talk to someone in USA. Was told a manager from Wilmington< NC store would call me. Never did. Totally disapointed with Geek squad. A rip off no stars if I can.

    My main problem with Geek Squad is that they do not disclose that you will have to send your product out and it may take a month or more to get it back. The inhouse techs really appear to there to promote sales of Geek Squad.
