    Kind of a rip-off. The TV died 6 months out of manufacturer warranty. BB replaced it but then cancelled the warranty by saying it was fulfilled. I paid for a 5-year warranty and it was only good for six months.

    I have asked for the policy multiple times and was left on hold for hours. I still do not have a copy of it!

    This television provides great 4k visuals. unfortunately it stops there, not so great smart tv experience.

    Did not take the old tv with them

    They delivered and set up the TV. They left the old TV at my house, they were supposed to take the old TV with them. I called the geek squad and was told someone was going to call me back within 24 hours. I have not received a call yet. I was told the old tv would be taken back at no charge.

    These is no point in getting insurance on a tv if there is no replacement for screen cracks or water damage it’s a waste of your money honestly. The geek squad was no help with warranty on merchandise

    Geek squad protection for Samsung tv does not include anything. It is basically a warranty only if tv breaks. Geek squad won’t help with other features of tv or with setting up an antenna for the tv. It is not helpful.

    They will find every loop hole to NOT fulfill a protection plan. An order packing mistake on THEIR side and then being refused a working replacement is beyond frustrating.

    3 different person to get an appointment and the last one will return my call in one hour. After 24 hours still waiting for the call. No support in spanish.

    not happy with this process at all i returned this item and the refund has still not shown up on my account and the person at the desk was just as rude when i explained this situation--still waiting the refund for this product the tv was already returned so i dont even have the product either

    Absolutely terrible I went to return a TV that cracked and it was not my fault it was the employees will miss handling it and I didn’t even get my money back I’m very very upset

    Salesman sold me 5 year warranty, said it covered everything, guess what he lied, big surprise. After doing business with them for over 30 years I'm done!

    well, you got me on that one. never again. only covers warranty covered issues, no damage coverage. $130.00 wasted. enjoy it. no more.

    Useless, LG wont fix tv under manufacturer warranty, and geek squad wont do anything because its still under warranty. Whats the point of spending 120 for geek squad

    Best Buy is a complete joke! Anything to get a sale! We have bought every electronic, washer and dryer,stove,ect from Best Buy and now I will never buy another thing from them! Bought a LG sound bar and sub exactly 1 year ago and bought extended warranty’s!

    Geek Squad Needs to do Better…

    Try as I might I cannot get Geek Squad to resolve my issue. This is from a very disappointed and frustrated Elite Plus customer. My buying decisions will definitely be influenced by this going forward. The only reason I awarded one star is because my wait time to get a rep on the phone wasn’t horrible. It was all downhill from there.
