    yes the warranty is always good to have i just dont think its fair that if your product messes up that once you exchange your product you have to purchase another warranty

    Well it didnt do me anything for me it didnt cover the (cheap) t.v. they just gave me back my $20.00

    I deselected this option and it was auto added to my cart 3 times! This is ridiculous. Now im trying to cancel it. This service covers NOTHING

    1 year and the backlight is GONE. Tv functioned super slow out of the box. I bought the geek squad 2 year protection plan. Will update if they help with getting tv replaced or if they just stole my money

    Had one before work fine for a long time when it died I replaced it with the same model which is already no longer able to see Dish, so I have no TV

    Freeze Up

    It would freeze up intermittently. Christmas present and had to drive 14 hours round trip to return it. Very disappointed

    Geek squad did not help with fixing my tv.

    It would not help me fix my tv. So now I’m out a 40 inch that I purchased at Best Buy. Tried to get it fixed but geek squad and Best Buy won’t touch it.

    Even though the TV for which this was purchased was broken upon opening box (just beyond BB refund period), coverage was useless! Disappointed in both coverage and BB on this purchase.

    I called them 3 to 4 times but they were unable to diagnose problem so we asked them to refund our money or replace Neither with old TV or new TV. they said that they can’t do that I don’t know why ?
