    I had a geek squad, so one day i brought my non working old PC, they literally told me they can recycle it :(

    I was under the impression that this covered incidentals not just tech issues. To my surprise this protection did nothing for me

    Was told at check out it would cover if the screen got broken and then was told when we called it did not cover accidents.

    TV with physical crack accidentally isn't covers!

    On the general page, they said they protect accidentally drop or crack but excludes Television. Why do I actually need the protection?

    I had a problem with my 1 month old LG tv and was told to call LG it wasn't their there problem.

    Great Warranty - Horrible Price

    You can get this same warranty from any online store and pay a quarter of the price to get this quality of a warranty. I wish Best Buy would lower there price of there warranties.

    The Best Buy associate who sold us the warranty knew the tv would be on a covered porch. Now that the TV has crapped out, it will not be covered as the space was not temperature controlled. Minor. Detail.

    There was no point in getting this protection plan. I lost over $400 and my protection plan covered nothing! Will not be supporting Best Buy ever again.

    Seems dumb to buy this but the first overpriced tv was garbage out of the box so I opted to insure this one because I didn’t want to give my parents something that could die so easy and would feel bad if the replacement toots out right away out of warranty

    I think geek squad is horrible and I will never buy or use geek squad ever in my life rude people not very smart either just plan mean and rude was my experience! Buy insurance from a different company

    The plan sucks. I was told the tv is covered no matter what. The dog jumped onto the screen and cracked it . Geek squad told me it is not covered

    got stuck with this plan, may just cancel it out. felt it was just waste of money as this product is no longer offered anymore. just not too sure if they fully cover this product with this expensive plan. as you know they always have a catch. have never tried to use the plan before.

    bought a tv on sale just because i got it cheaper they do not even want to come out and look at it save your money go to walmart they honer there protection plan
