    Have a screen issue with the TV, was told I couldnt get a repair until after a year (still under manufacturer warranty).

    I purchased the protection plan for my LG TV and was told that it would cover screen pencil cracks and accidentally dropping but come to find out it doesn’t cover and of these things.

    Only recommending to replace the items for a new one. But not for their employees to work on items. Their solution is to always reset to factory.

    Worst protection ever taking over 4 weeks to get this tv fixed. This is ridiculous.

    I only buy at BB for their warranty big mistake this time my small grandchild threw something that his screen . Screen damaged now told accidents not covered on tv lost $600

    Did not like how long they took and they don’t seem knowledgeable. Would not recommend. Other IT companies would be a better idea.
