They are very helpful and professional. We had the install our tv and soundbar. Did a great job. There was an issue that crept up and we were able to schedule a reinstall with no problems.

I will be glad not to have to use it but we know we will have no problems with using this plan. We have had this service before with other equipment.

As you know, even tvs have a ton of tech and software in them. All of the new consoles and 4k tvs are very expensive, so I highly recommend purchasing the 2yr geek squad plan through best buy.

Bought this for a TV for our home and it is good protection to have. Makes you feel covered just in case something happens.

The remote ability to fix my TV and the in house installation as well as previous visits in store with computer ended up with all fixes with courteous, professional and timely service.
